Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai

The Entire stay was amazing, we visit Dubai every year but this was the first time at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and i can say it wont be the last. Breakfast options were great so many things to choose from. we opted not to take half board as the mall was so close literally 10 mins in the taxi at around (£3-£5 each way) and alternatively we used Careem to order in food, which was so easy to do. The Family pool area was our go to, the kids loved it! the staff handed out free ice lollies and cold water upon request. We also went Wild Wadi on a daily basis! it's literally a 2 min walk from the hotel beach lobby and the entrance to Wild Wadi is a private entrance for all people staying at the Jumeirah hotels, so the queuing doesn't take more than 10 mins to get in, super convenient to even pop in for a short period and pop out back to the hotel if needed. Free Buggy rides around all Jumeirah sister properties, even the boat rides were included. The room service was amazing, we mentioned to the service team that the minibar wasn't cooling our drinks fast enough, and they provided a mini fridge! The kids loved the animals the room service guys made daily after cleaning the room. the kids favourite was the Elephant made out of towels! all in all i can say as a family we loved our stay, theres so many things for the kids to do including the play area and the pools/wild wadi, you will find it challenging fitting everything in each day!

Beautiful hotel, perfect welcome upon arrival, went above and beyond. Overall staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast choice was good, room was clean and well proportioned. Perfect view of Burj Al Arab. First time visiting Jumeirah beach, buggy service was great to just hop on/off.

Staff were amazing and the pool was great and the flavors menu where u can fine around was fantastic. We are in a different hotel each night.

The location, the building design, the large room with a balcony overlooking the Burj Al Arab! The staff was great, friendly, helpful and personable! Always greeted us with a smile! Easy and convenient getting from one place to another, to restaurants and shopping! We loved staying here and look forward to returning!
